Omnisend integration

Omnisend in Polar: email and SMS on the same P&L as everything else.

Campaign sends, opens, unique clicks, unsubscribes and deliverability pulled from Omnisend into Polar, next to Shopify orders, paid and organic on one blended view. Polar's first-party Pixel ties the clicks to real orders, so email and SMS get honest, de-duplicated attributed revenue instead of last-click credit.

Setup Guide

Connect Omnisend with one API key.

A Polar account with Shopify connected, admin access to your Omnisend store, and one API key generated in Omnisend. Polar backfills your campaign history automatically.

A Polar account with Shopify

Omnisend plugs in next to your store data so sends meet orders automatically.

Connect your data →

An Omnisend API key

Admin access to your Omnisend store. Create an API key under Store settings, Integrations and API, then API keys. That single key is all Polar needs.

Omnisend API keys →

One paste, no pipeline

Paste the key into Polar. No data warehouse to manage, no CSV exports, no data team required.

1

Add Omnisend from Connectors ~1 min

Marketing section, or search for it.
In Polar, open Connectors, and in the Marketing section find Omnisend (or use the search bar). Click Connect to Polar Analytics.

2

Paste your Omnisend API key ~2 min

Create the key in Omnisend, then configure in Polar.
1
In Omnisend, go to Store settings → Integrations and API → API keys and create a new key. Copy it.
2
Back in Polar, paste the key and click Configure. Polar validates the connection and starts syncing your campaign history.
Best practice: keep the key active. Polar re-syncs on a schedule, so revoking it stops your reports from updating.
3

See it in your reports the payoff

Sends meet orders, blended.
Polar backfills your campaigns and keeps syncing. Omnisend flows into your retention dashboards, MER and P&L, and into every Ask Polar answer, next to Meta, Google and the rest.

The Gap

Sends in. Honest revenue out.

Omnisend pours campaign engagement and deliverability into Polar. Polar's first-party Pixel ties email and SMS clicks to real Shopify orders, so retention gets de-duplicated, click-attributed revenue instead of the last-click credit every tool claims for itself.
