How it works

Klaviyo misses these events for two reasons:

  1. Events like “Added to Cart” aren’t picked up due to privacy and tracking constraints
  2. Events are recognized, but the associated email cannot be found and synced

Polar steps in to solve these by tracking missed "Product Viewed", "Added to Cart", and "Checkout Started" events in real-time and uses identity resolution to ensure an email is connected to every event.

This means we can spot and re-engage shoppers who would otherwise would be missed. We then send them to your Klaviyo account, where you can add them to an existing flow or create a duplicate flow… all with a few clicks of a button.
