How does Polar ensure compliance with data privacy laws?
The Polar Pixel is a Shopify App Pixel so we are complying with Shopify customer privacy settings. We are also taking into account all user’s consent options, such as from a cookie consent bar that records user opt-in and opt-out preferences for data processing. Therefore, we are aware of and fully compliant with GDPR, CAN SPAM and regional regulations.
How are you different from adding native ad tracking scripts?
Native ad tracking scripts are missing at minimum 30% of conversions. Polar’s Pixel tracking method ensures precise and complete customer tracking, unaffected by iOS 14 updates or ad blockers. Installation is simple and handled through Shopify's App Pixel system, the most secure, reliable, and efficient way to implement pixels on Shopify stores.
